It Works!

I bolted the sensor to the motor. I hooked the sensor up to a 12 volt battery. I then measured the output voltage as I rotated the motor shaft. Later, I hooked the output up to an LED and saw it flash as the motor turned.

Next, I need to develop a circuit to read the pulses and indicate the RPM value.
